BUSINESS EXPERIENCE / SNAKE RIVER SODA
A welcoming website.
A working business behind it.

THE EXPERIENCE OUT FRONT
Make the next
step feel obvious.
Someone planning a stop needs a menu, a location, and a reason to visit. Snake River Soda brings those together with seasonal drinks, a recognizable local personality, and clear paths to the shops.
- A brand you can recognize.Color, imagery, and a voice that belong to the business.
- The information customers came for.Menus, locations, notices, and directions.
- Room for the business to change.Seasonal products and announcements have a place in the experience.
THE WORK BEHIND THE COUNTER
A good day depends
on the small things.
Who’s covering the shift? What needs counting? What should the next manager know? The staff-app context brings those everyday needs into focus.
Workflow summary. No private staff screens or records are shown.- 01
Start the day
See what needs attention and pick up the manager handoff.
- 02
Keep the team moving
Coordinate availability, time off, and shift coverage.
- 03
Know what changed
Follow daily tasks, inventory counts, and location-level sales.
Build for the customer who has a minute.
And the manager who has a hundred things to do.
THE DESIGN CHALLENGE
Two audiences.
Different kinds of busy.
A customer choosing a drink needs an inviting menu and a clear path to the right shop. A manager needs the information that helps a shift run well. Those are different jobs, even when they belong to the same business.
The useful connection is the information they share: locations, opening hours, menus, and the changes a team needs to communicate.
- Make customer decisions easy.Give the menu, locations, and current announcements clear places in the website.
- Keep staff work grounded in the shift.Organize the experience around coverage, daily tasks, handoffs, and the location being managed.
- Let the product grow from real needs.Use operating experience to identify useful workflows, then test how those ideas translate to other businesses.
FROM EXPERIENCE TO LORVIO
Try the ideas.
Bring your own perspective.
Lorvio is Akretic Systems’ restaurant platform in development. Snake River Soda’s operational experience informs its direction; Lorvio is being developed as a configurable product for other restaurant organizations.
The public Lorvio preview uses Juniper Pop, a fictional shop. You can change a menu special, cover a shift, and explore daily tasks. It is a way to try the proposed workflows, not a view into Snake River Soda’s private staff app.
